Uncanny how very little they're getting out of that roster. Yes, I realize it's not a good roster even on paper but even so, it's like everyone on that team is underachieving horribly.
Part of the problem is that you can't *force* a culture change. Telling the brand new coach to act like a drill sergeant isn't inspiring anyone to play harder, it's having the opposite effect. And in a market where players aren't exactly lining up to go to. I read that a lot of players felt disenfranchised because the team played tough in RFA negotiations, Jarmo freely admitted that so long as the team had a degree of control, they were going to use it, but those players felt like they were misled. I don't know who to believe there but I think that franchise is broken--possibly irreparably.
