Analytics wise they were very very lucky early on. Luck has ended.

I can't say I have been paying close attention recently outside of the Avs bubble so I really didn't know they were tops in the pacific till I looked today. I just went to the main board and it looks like I missed the biggest story in hockey somehow lol

Their HF fans are tame compared to what you run into on the lower mainland. I could absolutely cheer for the group on the ice against any team but the Avs but the fans make me regret that idea
