Wonder if the Wylde’s struggles continue. They not only have the worst penalty kill in the league, if it continues to trend this way they’ll have the worst penalty kill EVER, and it won’t even be close. I don’t think it will BTW but their start has been far more stunning to me than Colorado’s.

I personally think Bedard's goal where he knocks the puck between Kuch's legs with his toe for a perfect pass at center ice to head up the ice was the sicker goal. Although the hands and quick release on that goal was gnarly.

He was on some podcast back in NS after the Cup win and listening to that was the first time I thought he could actually be a personable guy and not just a raging a hole (but still ours so I like him anyways)

I think I mentioned this here once before, but at my old job back in Newfoundland, I went to Halifax for meetings one week and got to talking to the Vice President of Atlantic Canada while at these meetings, he knew I was a huge Avs fan so we got to talking about hockey a bit and he brought up that he owns a cottage on a lake just outside of Halifax where two of his neighbors on the lake were Marchand and Mackinnon.

Anyway he said Mackinnon was a bit of a dick. Or at least that he really liked his privacy and didn't like to be involved with the other residents. On the flip side he said Marchand was one of the nicest people he'd ever met and would routinely take families out to dinner with his family or would take the kids out on his boat on the lake, etc. He said Maechand is basically the opposite of the way he acts when he's playing, genuinely a great person.

I'm a bit of a weirdo. I've tried a lot of different ramens from H-mart, but I still think the best tasting ramen is the cheap Maruchan (has to be Maruchan, Nissin is crap) chicken ramen.
