I don't think it necessarily needs a medical label attached to it.

Some people just give off asshole vibes. McDavid seems that way. Eric Lindros seemed that way. Chris Pronger seemed that way. Ryan Kesler and Kevin Bieksa seemed that way. Some people are like that.

Nah those are completely different types. Lindros had legit asshole behaviour similar to a high school bully... but McDavid isn't an asshole, he's just awkward and you can tell he's uncomfortable around people.

Surprisingly Lindros is like the nicest guy these days, he's a good human being. That was pretty unexpected.
