10 games played guy got his bonus. If he ever becomes a relevant NHL player I'll even learn his name.
Avs have 4 guys with 15 points, 5 in double digits… then 12 with 5. Canucks have 5 with 15+, 7 in double digits, then 15 with 5. There is a difference in games played… but the balance isn’t any different really… if anything they are more balanced.I mean they get contributions from their top 6 and absolutely nothing from their bottom 6. That can last a little while but just ask the Oilers how it’s working out for them, although the Nucks have a very good goalie so that’s helping them too. We know that not having depth on bottom 6 will not get you far
I wasn’t really comparing this Canucks team to this year’s Avs team. This Avs team only recently starting to get little bit of depth production. If we’re comparing this two teams based on this year so far, I’d say the Nucks have actually been better because they have a productive 2nd lineAvs have 4 guys with 15 points, 5 in double digits… then 12 with 5. Yup… get in a series and that when the tests ramp up. Vancouver had some good center depth and better than people think defensive depth… but as of now it won’t survive against Vegas. Probably even LA (of LA’s goaltending holds up).I don't think the Canucks are going to win the cup or anything but they have a talented team. Eventually things will slow down but they have elite talent and while the depth isn't amazing it's not like we haven't seen shitty depth survive a regular season. It'll be the playoffs where reality sets in.
I’m just saying their depth is equal in production, if not better than the Avs. They have some pretty good players and a significantly better 2nd line. They have a worse defense, but Hughes/Hronek as a pairing are severely underrated here. Their issues are correct able with a few moves and the underlying is improving over the past 3/4 weeks.I wasn’t really comparing this Canucks team to this year’s Avs team. I don't know the reason why Detroit let Hronek go. Maybe they did not want to over pay him but damn reading and looking back he was at times even better in some games then Moritz Seider.I’m just saying their depth is equal in production, if not better than the Avs. They have some pretty good players and a significantly better 2nd line. In other words, if Vancouver is thin, so are we. If depth is the most important thing (debatable), neither is really built to contend.
I wouldn’t say he was better than Mo, but he’s a legit top pairing guy and very good.I don't know the reason why Detroit let Hronek go. Maybe they did not want to over pay him but damn reading and looking back he was at times even better in some games then Moritz Seider.
All my hopes for the Avs this year is Landy returning for the playoffs, Kovalenko coming over and having impact. I can’t rely on them fixing the 2C issue if RyJo experiment doesn’t work out because I don’t see a realistic trade out there. They’re already paying RyJo for that job. I really don’t care what happens in the regular season, whether the Avs win the division or not. Hronek is basically their Toews.I don't know the reason why Detroit let Hronek go. Maybe they did not want to over pay him but damn reading and looking back he was at times even better in some games then Moritz Seider.
Both of them like mullets.Whoa, Wayne Gretzky was on This Past Weekend with Theo Von.
That's an odd combination of people I find moderately interesting.
Why can't the Avs play like Florida. Quick passes and then shot and try to get rebounds and deflections instead keeping it cute and waiting for a perfect pass or a shot. We would probably win a few more games if we did not try to be so cute out there.
Rumor has it he'll get the Coyotes game while JoJo gets the Avs game.
What amazing contractors are you working with that guys look like that in their 40s? Most of them I see are closer to this with the quote actually fitting pretty well:I just looked up Evan Bouchard

Twenty four years old.looks like's been working on a building site for twenty years.
What I always find so amazing is looking back at old pictures. 'Teenagers' in the 70s look like they are pushing 30 and 30 year olds look about 3 days away from a midlife crisis. What amazing contractors are you working with that guys look like that in their 40s? Tangerines are bestThere are other red flags to DV. Punching, kicking, knifing, shooting, and back handed slaps. I don't mind a good front hand slap or, better, beating her with a bag of oranges
Oh this is delightfully awful. At least the colours work (looking at you Pens and Mild) but that’s about itHoly kek, no-one at the Habs office though twice about the optics of putting a maple leaf on their jersey?

At least the Penguins' colors are near complementary. The Wild are just doing all the different colors.Oh this is delightfully awful. At least the colours work (looking at you Pens and Mild) but that’s about it
