You do realize this year is the outlier in his career right? Like I am concerned with his level of play but this is like comfortably the worst he has been offensively since coming in the league...how is that regressing to the mean? You are just being irrationally negative.

I think it’s something mental too. No reason to play him injured as they pretty much have a playoff spot set other than home ice. What that issue is I have no idea but something isn’t right.

Don't forget Price and Seguin. These rockstar personalities in the NHL have a surprising knack for "burning out" early in their careers. He looks gaunt and unhealthy.
