I just don't get comments like that is all. If someone is playing like shit and then doesn't, it doesn't mean they were never playing badly. This thread never said he was cooked, just he was playing badly. And he played badly for like 65 games this year.

He's been basically back to himself the past few games especially with how hard he is battling in tight spots and how he gets to the net front by will. Want to see him start finishing his checks again but I think he is back. He plays like that no I am not worried about him anymore

When the playoffs begin so will the demolition. He has 57 hits in his last 14 playoff games, and some of them were gigantic as you might remember.

He honestly looked like he was trying to round out his game more, more of a Stevie Y than a Brett Hull. I'm excited to see what the playoffs bring out of him. Before that however I still see him finishing with 41 goals this year, breaking the 300 barrier faster than anyone not named Ovechkin.
