Medical school is typically 4 years and then 3-5 residency. I swear we've been hearing about how his girlfriend, now wife, has been in Medical school since 2014.

What's so embarrassing? His NMC ended July 1st. It's not the Rangers job to accomodate Trouba's wife's residency. If he wanted to he could have taken less for a full NMC. The Rangers' job is to have the best team on the ice or work towards that some time in the future.
