Does the dman just have to be slightly better then Forsling?
Forsling is projected for like 425-445 points. Tuch is projected for around 520 and had much more last year. If Buffalo gets going, I’d expect he’s close to a 600 fantasy point guy. I’d want at least a mid-to-high 500s D in return. Though we’re happy to talk about a larger deal for the ragin’ Tage. He always starts slow.

That was kind of my initial reaction. But thinking more about it, if Tuch gets on track his production should be right there with PLD moving forward. I'd much rather have Chabot than Forsling but Chabot is also always hurt, so if Forsling gets going it's probably close to even there, too.
It's not a move I'd make because I want to leave feeling like I've made a clear upgrades, and this seems 50/50 on whether it works out which I wouldn't do so early in the year. But unless it's a trade Ed is involved in where he's taking half the roster from a guy who hasn't played in eight weeks, I'm inclined to let them process.

I don't think that trade was so egregious tbh. Definitely a gamble but it's not like the end of last season where people were trading a dead guy for the leading fantasy scorer.
Still looking to move a D, probably won't accept until Andersson's suspension is up but I will consider any move for all of my D if the return is a multi-position C or W. I would consider a single position player if the offer is generous.

I didn't understand that we had IR+ and IR. I see it was mentioned earlier but I didn't process it.
Earlier I tried to drop Batherson so I could quickly add Chabot to IR+ and then add Batherson back. As soon as I made the first move though I had nowhere to put Chabot; Vasilevskiy was in my IR+ spot and it looked like I had no other IR+ spots. So I quickly dropped Chabot and picked Batherson back up.
What happened was I had Vasilevskiy in the IR+ spot instead of on regular IR, and since Chabot wasn't actually designated as being on IR at that moment only IR+ was a possibility for him. So I f***ed that up. I thought we just had 3 IR+ spots; now I know.

Well I couldn’t figure out how to move Chabot to IR so I just dropped him. You can be kind and not dress him vs me lol
If the player isn't actually placed on IR in real life, I think you can only add them to IR+ in the league. Once they go on IR in real life (like Vasilevskiy for me) then you can put them on regular IR.
Because of my screw up I ran out of adds for the week, and @Taluss scooped him up.

Ed and I will go down to the wire, and I'm killing myself for (again) f***ing up with the auto roster setting. I picked up Trevor Moore earlier in the week with the intent of playing him that night and he got left out of the lineup, when he scored 11 points. I know it's my fault but God f***ing damnit that's frustrating.
