Myself included but I think we'll be forever awaiting the day where he can produce those kind of numbers outside of what he gets on special teams, PP..

EDIT: He simply doesn't bring enough to the table to justify his price tag for my liking..

If the strategy is go with the strength of the draft like last year, then we should see them stock up on skilled forwards. Speaking of which, I'm feeling more and more confident in the idea that Chytil is destined for the wing, and probably opposite Kreider.

Now you stop!

You and I have talked about Chytil and Andersson on the wings for a year now, so no major surprise there.

I always used Toronto as an example in the sense that if Nylander and Marner could be moved to the wing, there was no reason why the same couldn’t happen to Chytil and Andersson.

We miss Zucc @Oscar Lindberg - Fast get top 6 minutes now and he is an energy player.
Lias 9 mins. with 1 hit a quiet game, Fogarty 7 min. 1 SOG, and McGod 7 hits!! :)

It’s certainly possible.

The truth is the only defenseman I like with a high pick right now is Byram. When you get outside of him, the odds saying we’re going with a forward and probably a center at that.
Gotta watch more of Soderstrom then. Swedish RHD who I have at 7 (ahead of Byram)

It will happen as long as they don't get delusional and start trading their first round picks. Hopefully we get a first for Zucc. Still not sure both Zucc and Hayes are getting traded.Almost 35 years as a Ranger fan I can't remember having accrued the prospects we have in two years.

Simply put, there is no reference point to what the Rangers are doing now. Even if we exclude the possibilities of 2019, it would still be unprecedented what they’ve pulled from the 2016, 2017 and 2018 drafts.

2019 just makes it potentially stupid crazy.

best dman we have
He might just be right now.

And yeah, the competition for Rangers best D isn't yet what it should be, but he's actually pretty good.

Pionk's minutes could stand to be adjusted, but he, Shatty, and ADA is a pretty loaded right side.

And of course Miller shoots left. The vision begins to fall into place.

It should be Chytil 7th pick, and not sure if Lias was the right pick in 2017 at the moment, but who else could we drafted from that year?

No way they are going to trade a first round pick. Chances are they will have multiple first rounders again this year.

ADA and Chytil dominated shot attempts. Claesson, Howden, Kreider (obviously), Namestnikov, Vesey, and Smith also look strong.

The Stars did ****ing nothing with McLeod, Lias, and Fogarty on the ice. Nice shutdown game from the 4th unit.
I like most of those players, so I’m a happy guy. I just wish some of our players converted on ADA’s sick passes and plays tonight.

and 2016 was all garnered from the trades Gorton pulled off last season at the TDL. One prospect already proving his worth and more. Hopefully the two second round dmen continue developing. Still have high hopes for Hajek

I dunno, it’s hard to say because so much of this team defies explanation or logic right now.

So it’s this weird balancing act of appreciating progress and results, but also having that weird sense of concern that the clock is going to strike midnight at some point.

I hear you and I do appreciate the progress he's made as far as a 200 foot game but there's just so much left to be desired IMO.

The fact that he has so much skill and size that can dominate in games and just doesn't..Just bugs the shit out of me.
