The funny thing is this is exactly what people were talking about during his draft year when they talked about him having a physical side, especially when mad.

He’s putting all the pieces together this year, but there’s literally nothing that really comes as a surprise. What we’re seeing this year is what people have been waiting for since he was drafted and one of the reasons he was a sixth overall pick.

We often talk about the type of talent you find when you’re picking high — that’s Zibanejad.

Which is why, between what I've seen from him and what I've seen from Kreider, I'm very comfortable moving forward with both of them as part of the leadership going forward,

His physical side?

Putting all the pieces together??

C'mon man..If you're talking about his big 3 5v5 goals over 21 games then I gotta LOL.

Sorry just have to wonder how he is thought of so highly.

I think most Zib fans are chasing a ghost quite honestly ;)

I guess I'll be listening to games on this thing for the rest of the year?

Pretty sweet to have a prop from the set of Saving Private Ryan

Freddy Claesson is the MAN
Should be a thread on the main board. This guy has been Freddy Freaking good! His foot speed in the last minute getting the puck out of the zone which led to the Fast EN chance was amazing. Many Sens fans said it when they lost him that they thought he could be a player in NY. Gorton is and should be busy at the TDL if he wants to be.

I bought some more of their stuff, I like having physical copies, mostly cds and vinyls
I have a collection.

I also avoid buying them online if I can - I like hunting them down.

I'm looking for a Black Dahlia Murder album that isn't Nightbringers. Not that I don't like Nightbringers but it's too easy, and there's better albums.

So please help me. I'm internally conflicted. When can I start being 100 percent happy that this team is winning most of their games and every damn game at home?! When is the L4H gonna be put in the rear view mirror? Game 35? Game 40?

L4H was always fun to go with, but it wasn’t/isn’t going to happen without a lottery win and/or a complete catastrophe taking place.

In reality, the focus was/is guys like Dach, Cozens, Podkolzin, Byram, Turcotte, Newhook, Boldy, etc.

As I’ve said before, the kids are going to do what they’re going to do. We can’t throttle them, nor would we ever want to do that. We ride the ups and the downs, and try not to get too caught up in each.

So long as the kids are progressing, and growing, that’s what matters.

But wherever this team picks, it’s still going to need a lot of assets and that is going to come at a cost.

No. No.

Why is it that EVERY F*CKING TIME I’m typing something in the game day thread, it closes and the post-game thread is up?

And when I’m not typing anything, there IS NO post-game thread.

Wtf dude

I usually wait to post. Patience is a virtue my friend and you shall find the spirit of enlightment for those who are patient. :p

Anyway gutsy win, really took over play after a tough 1st.

If that ghost can put up 30 goals and 70 points on this squad, I’ll take it.

Really good 2/3 of a game. The first was a little rough but the third was an absolute clinic.

I can't remember another game where they pressured an offense in the NZ and the top of the DZ so well. It was really something to see. So much more effective than backing in and getting shelled.

Chytil looked great. Seems like adjusting and getting his bearings with low minutes didn't hurt him much at all. He earned this chance and he's really making the most of it.

Also thought Tony D had a great, quiet game. His passing is just absurd. Very good at getting the puck out of the DZ with one quick move.

Also, is it weird that while I was watching the third, I thought "Machinehead must be loving this"?

Lastly, it really looks like Dallas is going to waste the entirety of Seguin and Benn's peaks. Just crazy that they managed to accomplish so little as a team with those two being so good.

Dallas was stifling our offense so we turned around and stifled their offense better. Those were two great goals we got from Vesey and Chytil. Chytil is a very young 19--he could be a real star.

This team is very likable. Pressuring the puck, hitting, sticking up for each other.

McLeod with 5 votes for one of the three stars. I thought about him but went with Lundqvist. I wasn't a fan of his from last year but he's been doing the grit really well for a while for us.

Trying to find original Mushroomhead discography so far no luck

It looked like a Tom Renney team when they were clicking.
