The craziest part is that this was supposed to be an off-year for Ohtani, because of the limitations to his pitching.

He reminds me of the quote about Rickey Henderson: "If you split him in two, you'd have two Hall of Famers". I think it's going to be true of Ohtani too.

The only thing that taints being the first ever to 50-50 slightly is that it’s never been easier in the history of baseball to steal bases with the new pickoff rules and bigger bases.
