I did not play football but I know not all corners are known for their tackling. Sorta like hey your coverage skills are way more important than the occasional tackle. Is this Gonzalez injury something that could come up throughout his career? I am curious if certain corners get a pass for not being a physical tackler. Something to watch i guess. This season is an unmitigated disaster.
That's a cheap shot. By that logic only Peyton Manning and Tom Brady can call games. Zolak is fair. He gives credit when due and is critical when warranted. That's his job. He never props himself up as some great QB.

Geisicki can catch a seam pass, but thinks he is God's gift to football, and hates blocking like most of this board hates Heinen....In the end, I am glad Geisicki is gone. Smythe has done a better job.

When a bum like him is telling us the QB must go you know its coming from the Kraft's and or the coach. He doesn't have the brains to have he's own opinion. Not sure who's worse him or Burton.
I still remember Zo saying "oh something is up ..a trade is gonna happen" in regards to A WR and NOTHING happened.

Zo never said the QB must go. He said he had to come out of a singular game. And he was 100% correct. He's paid to do a job. Again we can't just have Tom Brady and Peyton Manning commenting on QB play.

I still joke to this day that when a bad first half happened I hope someone in the locker room goes all Dick Butkus and slams heads together and throws guys into lockers.
Read about that when I woke up. Sad to see such a legend of the game pass. While I never had the privilege of watching Butkus play, many great players came up emulating his style of play at middle linebacker.
