- 4.9 mill in cap space
- 8 roster spots to fill (avg of a little over ~600k per spot)
- Min Salary for 1-way contract is 750K.
- Cap doesn't include Swaymans salary (estimated to be ~3.5 mill)
- Would bring cap to 1.4 mill with 7 spots (avg ~200k per spot)
- Nothing includes DK or PB if they return.

Professor Sweeny has alot to do, He has to make some moves just to free up some $$.
Getting rid of Reilly without giving assets I shall call Donny Copperfield sweeney .

I hate that he was the one who had to go, but I had a feeling all year.

Hopefully the return is something more than cap space

I made the mistake of turning on F&M...Jesus, you'd think Hall beat baby seals on youtube. I'm all for this deal, but give me a break. Hall was accretive to this team.

I hope we managed to attach Forbort/Reilly with him in the deal. Be nice if they managed to get Chicago's 1st (from TB)

Hall was a luxury we couldn't afford. We didn't even utilize him the way he should have. He spent 15 minutes a night on the 3rd line and even less in the playoffs when he was one of our better players.

I think his fit in Chicago is perfect for him where he can ride shotgun to Bedard and actually be used in a top six role
