Not sure I get the Calgary E. Lindholm / Hanifin for Jake / Ullmark, or even Hall / Ullmark. Your adding money if Jake is included and maybe a million savings if its Hall. I thought B's were hell bent on signing Bertuzzi (would like to see) and need the cap. I guess if you through in Grzelcyk which I assume Hanifin would replace might make some sense, but I figured these guys would be going for picks and cap relief.
"Hey Linus, how do you feel about waiving your NTC for a move to Calgary, Alberta?"

"Linus?"

"Are you there?"

"Hello?"

Gives you some breathing room to sign a cheaper 3C, d-partner for McAvoy and re-sign TFred for 4C

- 4.9 mill in cap space
- 8 roster spots to fill (avg of a little over ~600k per spot)
- Min Salary for 1-way contract is 750K.
- Cap doesn't include Swaymans salary (estimated to be ~3.5 mill)
- Would bring cap to 1.4 mill with 7 spots (avg ~200k per spot)
- Nothing includes DK or PB if they return.
(Please note: my math may be way off :)

Professor Sweeny has alot to do, He has to make some moves just to free up some $$.
