If we traded down in draft I wanted JJ Peterka

Still really like Seth Jarvis...who I don’t know of anyone remembers this or not, this was Torontos’ pick traded to Carolina along with the ‘Canes taking Patrick Marleaus contract...hope the same happens with Sam Rinzel!

I think other outlets seem to be higher on him than me.

I don't dislike him. He's a small hustler with high IQ. Those are good qualities to have in a player.

Except the small part. The size mismatch causes lots of problems for him when I watch him play.

Some small guys are really shifty and good at avoiding contact so their lack of size is a non-issue for me. Benson gets shoved off the puck a lot. It makes me apprehensive.

I like what he brings to the table, but how well will that translate to the NHL?

That's where I'm at right now.

Robertsson wasn't an obsession. But was among many names I had ahead of Colton Dach.

Yup, Kirby can go on the obsession list.

Naturally, Dawson Mercer belongs on that list as well.

Musto had no opinion on Cristall and a day later had him as his lock for third overall. Musto brings it on himself.

he intentionally posts in a manner to incite reactions, he gets a kick out of it. I got tired of it and just put him on ignore. After I did that to him and Fiddy, its amazing how I dont get angry following the game day threads. In hindsight dont know why I didnt do years ago.

Question. Since the rule changes in the lottery, how many times has a team who had the #1 overall pick going into the lottery stayed at #1 afterwards?
 
It could be in here but didn’t want to go thro 32 pages. Not sure it deserves its own thread until closer to draft but…

Is there a market for stalock and what would he fetch?

Based on his past picks there is little to support his claims of some extensive studying of prospects or his claim a pro scout has shared a password with him. (Almost laughed out loud when I read that).
I don’t claim to know who the future stars will be. I will tell you that as the draft gets close I look at several scouting reports and form a minor opinion on placement. I’d venture I’m closer than he is much of the time.
The proof as they say is in the pudding. Guys he is in love with are rarely successful.

Oh and based on several more vetted sources Cristall should be a top 10 pick. NOT THE NUMBER 3 pick.
