There's nothing I would love more for Judge to continue this hot streak and get 74HRs. 15HR in 16 games. Seems impossible.
IMO it's such a tarnish to the game having the 3 blatant cheaters at the top. It cheapens the season Judge is actually having.

The MLB should have retroactively not recognize all the steroid users on top of Maris’ record.
And before people say “you can’t do that because you can’t change what happened,” sure, but for a while, Maris’ record was not recognized as the record.
This Judge season would be all over the news and people who aren’t even baseball fans would know about what Judge is doing if not for that.
If you’re not a baseball fan, you’d have no idea that Judge is likely going to have the non-steroid record. Unlike Bonds, where I remember that being a huge f***ing deal.

The had live cut ins when Maris record was broke the first time, it was all anyone was talking about.
I remember during the season there was an interview where they asked McGuire about how he does it, and he said he uses some amazing secret ingredient cream supplements and I remember scoffing thinking 'a cream? ok yea right buddy that aint doing shit for you internally' lol

Yea it's crazy there's no MLB app that goes live when Judge is at bat and you can watch. Or if one exists, it is nuts I haven't seen it advertised.

They should be wiped from the record books just like Houston WS
I don't really see any reason to wipe roid users from the record books. The truth is, A BUNCH of guys were using back then and it was really roided up guys hitting homers off of roided up guys.
What I have a problem with is the double standard with some of these players. Bonds, Clemens and others are held out yet Ortiz gets in first ballot? FOH
Well a big portion of that is because he isn't in striking distance of the record. If he were up at 67 homers right now, they'd be all over it.
The other thing that made the narrative so much more intriguing in 1998 is that there was a legitimate race to see who would hit more homers that season between McGuire and Sosa. And really, as much as him chasing the AL record for home runs is intriguing for some, I'm just as interested in him in his chase for the triple crown. Setting the league record for homers while also leading the league in all three "major" statistical categories would be pretty dope.

Really ? He gives up a 500 foot HR daily - he’s 12-7 and has given up 29 homeruns - TWENTY NINE - most in the American League second most in major league baseball next to some stiff on the Marlins.
