Does Ohtanis include pitching war as well? As a pitcher AND hitter, how many effin war does Ohtani give you?Where are you getting 1.7 from?
Also the next guy is Ohtani, where I think the answer to that is obvious.

Judge's defense has taken a step back this year, and he's playing a harder position in CF where he's being compared to more adept fielders.im not a math nerd, but it amazes me how a guy that has 20 more homers than the next best guy, is batting .310, is leading the league in ribbies by a bunch, leading in OPS by a significant amount, is on pace to shatter the AL record in homers, and is only 1.7 wins above replacement over the next guy lol.
Nah, he's still an ace.Gerrit Cole continues be a fraud …
I don’t care how many K’s he has - you know he’s giving up a moonshot or two.
He’s not an ace and @ $324 million he’s the most overpaid player in sports after Dashsun Watson.

Unbelievable the Yankees couldn't sign him before the season.
I don't even want to think of next year, with deGrom likely walking away. I'm just concentrating on the present. Buck has deGrom and Scherzer lined up in the rotation to face Atlanta in their match up that will decide first place. And that is huge. They are also lined up to pitch the first two games of the playoffs. Of course, if they get first place and the bye, that won't matter.Mets are going to make the same mistake by resigning the wrong guys amd holding off on locking the face of their franchise.... Mets should have locked in Alonso, warts and all, because he's not quite as good as austin riley but he'll wind up signing a much larger contract but will probably wait a year as the Mets need to resign deGrom for a Scherzer level deal.
Since Wilpon took control of the team in 1987, the club has tweeted more photos of dildos (1) than it has won titles (0).
