NL playoffs is going to be a bloodbath.
And on top of that, besides Houston, nobody else in the AL seems interested enough in being good. Yankees falling apart. Cleveland and Seattle are the two other teams that can make noise.

We're long ways away from the days of Melvin Mora. Even Rob Gsellman.

If you needed any further proof that the Yankees don’t care - that the manager has lost the support of the players ….

That “Pinstripe Pride “ means about as much as a streak of piss in the snow …

Tonite told you everything.

A shambolic display

Loaded team scored 2 runs this weekend, both on Friday night.

Dodgers and Mets are the two teams on different levels in the NL.
Running on all cylinders. Starting pitching is chefs kiss. Even the relievers are going well. Situational hitting. Near flawless defense.

But... going to Atlanta, where shit happens.

LA's gonna get Kershaw and Buehler back before October.
And Dustin May. My concern with the Dodgers is that they have lined up players that have historically killed the Mets. Both Turners and Freeman.

I do think in a head to head right now I'd take the Mets. Diaz > Kimbrel. Mets BP > LA BP. deGrom/Scherzer > anything the Dodgers throw out there. Lineup is the Dodgers, but it's not very significant.
