Crazy that the people wanting Frost to play in the top 6 are the sames ones saying TK was getting the screw job from Hak.
Or saying play for Q scoring champion Couts in a scoring role and that he wasn't just a 3rd line defensive C.

Frost will put up scoring numbers in the the NHL…whether it’s with the Flyers or another team .
Hearing the rumblings of the Senators cap troubles getting Pinto signed…Ottawa would fit the run and gun stereotype of Frost’s skill set.
Sam Steel is a player with a similar career path( Jr. scoring star) that if he doesn’t play a 200 ft…NHL aspersions will be futile and pointless!

To be fair, most bad teams, 2 games into the year, struggle to find a lineup spot for the guy who led them in points the last 2/3 of the season AND preseason. This is pretty normal. How do you even fit that player in? Tortorella wants to get him in. But he’s only the coach and triumvir. These things are out of his hands.

I really don’t know why Frost & his camp just didn’t ask for a trade this summer. It’s just not gonna work as long as Tortorella is the coach here regardless of right or wrong. No point of subjecting a player to that when they can possibly get a better opportunity elsewhere.
