I'd poin
Might I add that this was a series where the high dollar coach shit down his own leg so badly that a team with an actual chance to win a Cup struggled to beat that awful team. It gave us one of the rare occurrences of an NHL coach clearly and undeniably being what sunk a team.

And then they kept running him out there for 2 more years while trying to compete.
That awful team, with essentially the same roster, went to the SC Finals the next season.
Montreal was a few players who got healthy for the payoffs, and Price.

Chasm of Sar (north of Montreal, Qc)
What prospect was blocked?
Andrae got a full shot, it was quickly obvious he wasn't NHL ready.
Zamula has played higher in the lineup than Seeler, despite his struggles.
No one in the AHL has jumped out yet.

The real problem is Attard, Ginning and Grans haven't stepped up, Samson is too young and raw, and Andrae is still adjusting to the NA game.

It's funny watching people complain that prospects they rate as marginal players aren't being gifted NHL playing time. Like would people really be happy if Ginning replaced Seeler or Staal?
As little as I consider Ginning a legitimate NHL prospect, I would rather see him play a 10-game stretch than Stall (misspelling intentional).
