Hey all, hope everyone is well.

Don't know where else to throw this question so I'll throw it in here. I'll be in Philly next month and @ the Vegas game, every new arena I go to I collect a jersey. So who is an exciting player you guys see being here long term who's jersey I can get? I like Konecny and he'd be the preferred one but is there potential for him being traded during the rebuild?

Cheers all

If you want a player thatll be here fkr a while, i rdcommend Nick Deslauriers. He's exciting. Not in the way that I'd call exciting, but he excites Torts I hear.

Brink might be your best bet. TK is liable to speak his mind and do his own thing, and the team would choose a failure coach over him.

Laughton is also likely to die as a Flyer but I wouldn't call him exciting

Imagine calling someone out for not watching and posting, then TODAY posting:

"Fletcher did a fine job doing what he was hired to do in 2019, "win now." Rebuilt the team into a winner."
Or say in the GDT on Thursday that you're listening to it on the radio

Get a Staal or Hathaway they'll probably run them our there until their early 40s then sign them as coaches.

Got them to the 2nd rd of the playoffs in one off-season, took Toronto SEVEN seasons after 'finishing' their rebuild (1 PO appearance in 11 seasons) to lose in the 2nd rd.

I wonder if Holmgren knew it was going to implode at some point, and just wanted to get back to the playoffs before he retired and left the mess for the next guy to clean up.

I was just happy CF only traded a 2nd and 3rd, some teams have traded numerous 1st rd picks trying to get into the playoffs. Unfortunately he wasted more draft capital not being competitive after it was clear the window had closed. Go figure.
