Everything was beautiful, and nothing hurt
I think we can all surmise where TDA fell.Imagine the inference for the players who are "below" Frost in the lineup.

It is a true shame that Stan Weir is retired.
One too many poor outlet passes.I think we can all surmise where TDA fell.
Funny, TK and Frost went in and talked to him and rebounded afterwards.
Hayes didn't, and ended up on the 3rd line.
Have you ever worked for a "nice" boss who blindsided you after a year at your job review after giving you zero negative feedback?
There are numerous HCs who've alienated teams, heck, the Bruins hated Cassidy, there are teams that have actively rebelled.
Torts is far down the list of HC pricks, AV for example is above him. Gallant . . .
Torts gets more attention b/c of his personality, but in his case I think the reality isn't as dramatic as the public persona.
Yeah, totally humorous when a guy who doesn’t talk to you on your time and tries to get rookies to fight him compares you to a toilet seat.
HILARIOUS.
The better option here is to admit that it was a f***ed thing to say and that Tortorella doesn’t know how to communicate with young athletes anymore since, well, he’s said that himself.
Anymore? They stories of him communicating with his players in Vancouver suggests he never did.Yeah, totally humorous when a guy who doesn’t talk to you on your time and tries to get rookies to fight him compares you to a toilet seat.

In continuing with the theme of comparing people to toilet parts.
They're both toilet bowls. Don't overcomplicateIn continuing with the theme of comparing people to toilet parts.
Can we all agree that Hayes is a total Flapper and DeAngelo a Rim Hole.
It's still an RFA.Interesting, but there is no seat!
To me, I don't think he has the brain to be more than a 2nd line winger. I think he is a good middle 6 energy winger on a good team. He'll play higher in our lineup for the time being. What do you guys expect from Tippett? Has he pretty much hit his upside? Does his skill scream decent second line winger or is there more there?

Lol , where the heck do you dream up this crap . This is about as delusional as is gets . Tort's is in the top three of the most hated coaches .Funny, TK and Frost went in and talked to him and rebounded afterwards.

Probably a middle six guy, might get more ice time on this team. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s some shooting regression next year for him though.
And that’s with only actually being behind the bench or in the locker room for some of the games.Tortorella has faced two player revolts in his last three stops and is fast on his way to three out of four.

This guy won’t shut the f*** up about effort, culture, accountability, and all that other bullshit for two straight minutes but then he just randomly decides he doesn’t want to do his job and makes someone else do it.
imagine saying you dont understand todays NHL.He admits to not understanding the game anymore and blames everyone but himself. Accountability!
His s% wasn't that high last year. Did you see some issues with his shot?Probably a middle six guy, might get more ice time on this team. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s some shooting regression next year for him though.
I expect a 6+ year extension next offseason that will further hamstring the team for years to come. What do you guys expect from Tippett? Has he pretty much hit his upside? Does his skill scream decent second line winger or is there more there?
i think tippett is worth a deal if we can get him for reasonable money, hes not a 1 top line scorer but he'd be great on any teams 2nd line. this was his first full season and he put up 27 goals which isnt bad considering he was playing under 20 minutes a nightI expect a 6+ year extension next offseason that will further hamstring the team for years to come.
