Both goalies have improved their Sv % and GAA.

Mintyukov and LaCombe look like top-4 d-men, with Mintyukov looking like he could be a top pairing D.

Carlsson is on development management as an 18-year old who hasn't played more than 44 SHL regular season games in a year. He came off the IR to play to games and sat out a back-to-back. It's good to be prudent and cautious with an 18-year old who is a 1C.

Unfortunately, his defense and TOI per shift internal clock needs work still. Scoring a goal, but giving up one or two goals in the same game makes Zell a liability at the moment.

The process at the NHL is good, but unable to find the back of the net. It will eventually happen once the team is more dialed in.

I think Sidorov tries to do too much but if he can simplify his game he is right up there with Terrance and Hvidston IMO
