He was great, he's the perfect stopgap for our incoming RDs who are just not ready yet

The worst part is his team was stripped to the bone. It's a huge waste if we can't somehow get him moved to a contender.

I can understand the OHL wanting to hang on to their star players. Or very good players. But at this point, something has to be done to atleast make some exceptions to the rule.
