I know hes skilled and all and I could 100% be wrong but theres some significant flaws in his game that scare me. Hes not even lanky, theres no physical growth left to him, a few pounds here and there.
Man....your points are completely opposite of what bird dogs think. They believe he hasn't even figured out his physical capacity yet. You even mentioned today that it takes longer for lanky teenagers. His development was immense this season.

That's hilarious cause 1/2 hr ago you hated the pick lol

You're a good sport lol
I wasn't happy with the pick either and wanted one of the centers in Wright or Cooley but no need for anyone to hate on Slafkovsky for a choice that the Habs management made is how I look at it.

Hoping the kid turns out to be a big goal scoring monster for the next 10-15 years for the Habs.

I don't hate Slaf. Just didn't think he was worth the 1st OA.

If we had 2nd or 3rd pick, he'd easily be my pick.

It will be interesting to see how things go but it feels to me like they are trying to acquire players who will play a role but wont be the front runners. Maybe they evaluated that there was no clear font runners this year in the draft and are going for big guys you need as depth and will get the skills next year. Make no mistake we are tanking next season again. As long as i see a plan i'm fine but for now it's too soon to know if there's one.

Same thing was said of Tkachuk and he only got bigger and bigger. He's still an 18 year old kid.
But did he get better and better? I always said Tkachuk would be a 2nd liner with a unique skillset. Were in d+4 and what is he?

Anyway? Brady and Juraj are very different to me. One was a sure thing, the other is a huge swing for a homerun.
