Yes. Because the Kings have injuries and need as much time as possible to let them heal before playing the best team.

If Vilardi and Fiala are no goes in the first round it will be very difficult for the Kings to beat even Vegas. Vegas has been winning even with the injuries they have. they most likely will finish first in the division and will have home ice advantage. Kings have been struggling to win with the injuries they have. I'm just looking at the reality of these two teams both have injured players. But one team is still managing to win their games and the other isn't. I am still pulling for the kings to win but it is a very big task without two of their best players.

It really is. The Kings have been playing like actual poo for awhile now. I think I was more blindly confident last season than this. I don’t think anybody is going to stop the Oilers to be honest though.

I just don’t know why you keep saying “nobody wants anyone injured” (2 straight GDT’s it’s been brought up) when that is exactly what Sol, OldandSlow and a few others want, to intentionally injure McDavid and MacKinnon types, and if Kopitar or Doughty get caught in the crossfire so be it.

it's message board bluster, eye for an eye type stuff. just like at games when guys fight and you hear fans yell "kill the mf'r". nobody want him to be killed. it's no different than in baseball when it turns into a bean ball game. you drill Trout in the ribs with a fastball, your best guy gets one too, or one high and tight. Call it professional deterance. So if Mcdavid wants to crosscheck Andersen in the ribs, ones coming back his way.

When danault and Zegras were jawing at each other by the penalty boxes, dansult, I swear to god, demonstrated a golf swing to Zegras (as in what he’ll be doing after tonight). It was amazing. Please Tell me someone else saw it and there is video.

He could have been demonstrating what Zegras did to set Danault off which was taking a swing at his hands.

I would look at guys like Max Comtois and Nick Seeler in the off season. They can both play and can scrap.

I so wish Kupari, Turcotte, Kaliyev and Byfield were all closer to where I hoped they all could / should be by now. 2018-2022. 5 years of drafts and not 1 difference maker. Really is detrimental. If even one of them was 25 goals, 50 point player, (like most other teams get out of 5 drafts..some get 2 or 3) would surely help in the playoffs.

Going to need Vilardi and Fiala ready to go and be at least 90%. Oh, and please do NOT put Edler in.
