EPRinkside did their top 64 debates every month this year and posted them on youtube. They were nice enough to timestamp the debates for each prospect. I don't have access to their draft guide, and thought this might be a nice alternative, I really enjoyed listening to these at the time since you basically never see this sort of content anywhere else. Their last video was from May and they discussed with Kyrou and Bichsel if anyone is interested:

Edit: The mentions for Bichsel and Kyrou are pretty brief in this one, they talk about them both a little bit more in their March video, also timestamped so you can find it quickly.

I got a good feeling about LoMo. I think he fits really well with our prospect group and has quite the chip on his shoulder for not being drafted. Traverse tournament is gonna be a f***ing ball

Ertel is the 2nd person that mentioned North Bay was an OHL Champion/Memorial Cup contender. I can't remember who the other was, but I know it was during the draft coverage.

He’s no Logan Morrison tho

Ertel is a tank.

How will his status be now that he went from NCAA - > OHL? Does Dallas need to sign him after this next season or what?

It's basically like he was drafted out of the OHL. Stars will have his rights until June 1st 2025

8.6 Reserve List-Exclusive Rights.
(c) College Players.
(ii) If a Player drafted at age 18 or 19 is a bona fide college student at the time of his selection in the Entry Draft, or becomes a bona fide college student prior to the first June 1 following his selection in the Entry Draft, and does not remain a bona fide college student through the graduation of his college class, his drafting Club shall retain exclusive rights for the negotiation of his services until the later of: (a) the fourth June 1 following his selection in the Entry Draft, or (b) thirty (30) days after NHL Central Registry receives notice that the Player is no longer a bona fide college student; provided that if the Player ceases to be a bona fide college student on or after January 1 of an academic year and the Player: (1) is in his fourth year of college and has commenced his fourth year of NCAA eligibility, or (2) is in his fourth year of college and is scheduled to 19 ARTICLE 8 8.6-8.6 graduate from college at the end of his fourth year, then in the circumstances described in (1) or (2), the Club shall retain the exclusive right of negotiation for such Player's services through and including the August 15 following the date on which he ceases to be a bona fide college student. The Club need not make a Bona Fide Offer to such Player to retain such rights.

I'm really glad they didn't let Neil Graham go when Texas struggled last year. I've never watched him speak much but hearing him talk about particular players (specifically Dellandrea, Robertson, and Murray) you realize he buys into his role in development just as much as being the coach down there. That's one impressive dude. That interview was one of the more informative and thoughtful interviews I've seen by a coach.

That random mouse cursor tho. Are those add boards just printed screenshots or how did that happen?

Edit: looking closer i realized it's literally just a screen those adds are on. I don't know how to delete comments since they updated the boards. :help:

It sounds like Dallas' "assignment" Stranges referred to was tied to him being able to sign a contract. I kind of like that. I wonder if that's something they do with everyone. Also, is that a common thing for other teams to do.

I know @Starry Knight mentioned Stranges really seemed to focus on his all-around game and improved it quite a bit from the start of the year. That's the thing that makes the most sense to have been his assignment. I wonder if they said we know you can score, do that, but if you want a contract, we want to see that you can improve as an all-around player.

At dev camp today, Stars are starting with skating drills. Stranges dominating it of course

No Johnston again
