DeFranks had a story about how Graham took Harley off the power play on purpose so he could focus on defense. I don't like the idea in principle - reminds me of top shelf MMA fighters who suddenly start thinking six months of kickboxing makes them a striker against lifetime kickboxers - but given where Harley will play to start his career (bottom pair), I don't mind much.

Bourque with a goal and an assist in the final 1:02 of that game. Peterson also got one of those assists and the OT winner
 
I know it will never happen with Nill at the helm but man wouldn't it be nice to see this lineup next year with Stankoven, Bourque, Blummel, and Peterson. If you can dump Faska and Guri, you'd save a ton of money to replace Suter with a better defenseman and pay Hintz. Harley slides in to replace Miller and that's an intriguing young/cheap lineup going forward.
 
Guri is gone anyway. There’s no way he’s even getting a QO at this point, barring some unexpected resurgence.

Glendening and Kivi are UFA's and with the prospect pool beeing as it is i don't really think either is coming back ( maybe Kivi i guess because Fin Mafia )
 
That doesn't even include Damiani who I think ends up traded elsewhere this summer. I doubt they're enough together unless you take back a contract but maybe some team will want out from under a good but overpaid defenseman for Damiani and Peterson. (If the org has soured on Peterson.) He and Back may be expendable considering their other options.
 
JFK turned 26 eight months ago. He and Hintz aren't in the same boat.

He turns 27 in March making him a UFA this summer.
 
hoping the scouts that are keeping an eye on Stankoven have taken notice of Lukas Dragicevic. Dude is carrying TCA and he makes some impressive defensive plays. No way he’ll fall that far in the 2nd though 😕

Ya I haven't followed too many prospects yet this year but he looks awesome

Gavin White had a 4-point night including this coast-to-coast goal. Grushnikov had a 2 goal night.
