It’s extremely risky but I’d be fine with them trading for Gorgiev or however you spell it and going with a cheap ass tandem. Only thing is they NEED to keep their 2023 1st rounder until at least the deadline in case it doesn’t work out and you need some pieces to overpay for another goalie before playoffs.

Personally, I think this would be a solid plan. Frank can be a tandem with another random tandem guy. This would be my plan B if Kuemper wants more than 4.5.


But that said, solving it for good with Gibson would be a great path too.
