I like him more than Lindbom as far as goalie prospects goHuge Ol' Ass stopped 30/31 in a 6-1 win tonight.

Wonder if the Rangers asked Nitra to have him try center..Sykora with another assist in Nitra’s game yesterday. He also played 21 minutes. He really is getting a ton of ice time like Nitra promised. Also playing C, will be interesting to see if he continues playing there. I wonder if we could see him as 1C for Slovakia at the WJC

Yes you should. He had extensive knee surgery and played a lot of last year on one leg. He’s a heart and soul player, who brings a ton of grit and leadership. I expect he will get an ELC this year.He wasn't even on my radar, should I be paying attention to him?
Grubbe had ACL surgery in March 2021. Recovering involves physical and mental elements. Players often having a serious injury take some time after they have recovered "physically" to feel confident in their injury recovery to play as they did before the injury. And this is on top of covid stopping games in March 2020 through the rest of the year and then his playing only five games in 2021 before he had the knee injury. His start is very encouraging and I completely agree that you should pay attention and expect an ELC after January 1.Yes you should. 1 assist and got into another scrum but no fighting major just roughing at the end of the 2ed periodDid Othmann pick up any more points?
Small speedy guy with some skill, but he's generally a fourth line player on his Liiga team. He is currently injured and has had some issue with that. Hard to see him transitioning well to North America or the Rangers even being interested in bringing him over at this point.Leevi Aaltonen has a signing deadline in June '23. I'm assuming the team doesn't intend to offer him a contract. Anyone have any info on him? Don't see him mentioned much

Does he actually project to be an NHLer?Barbashev just put up three apples so he’s up to PPG for Moncton in the Q.

Yes. He is huge but surprisingly agile for his size. Not super technically sound, but getting better. He looks more like a journeyman to me, but the size and decent athleticism make him worth watching. Is Boyko a legit prospect?
His style of game won't be predicated on him scoring a ppg in the NHL so he has a decent shot. By this I mean that if his offense doesn't translate he could develop into a nice bottom-6 player.
a good comparison is his brother in St. Louis. They play a similar game. Not sure of Maxim has played any center but they play a similar physical 2 way game.Does he actually project to be an NHLer?
