Minnesota releasing a Thin Blue Line themed jersey. As if there wasn't enough reason to hate the Wild.

To clarify it appears to be a shirt, not a jersey. Minor difference but it should be noted.

Regardless, this makes me want to wretch.

Fun fact, there's an Avs fan out there who trolls the Avs on Twitter when they projected the Thin Blue Line on the ice when they were honoring the poor kid who sacrificed his life to stop a mass shooter. Regardless of how you feel about that symbol, it was utterly idiotic to use it in an instance where they were honoring a civilian, not a cop.

Looks like those around the Golden Knights are starting to develop Stockholm Syndrome, as they continue to get f***ed.

What’s the LTIR implications of having both Weber and Lechner out?
1. The Lehner news is big because they now have his salary to make additional moves. Folks have already speculated on Varlamov to Vegas and cap space to Islanders would solve problems for both teams. But if Vegas is comfortable with handing Logan Thompson the reins (looked good down the stretch), they can look to invest elsewhere in their squad and add some UFA depth for cheap
2. They will still need to be operate with money in, money out in terms of cap space (rather than accruing over time) because they are using LTIR. They won't be able to do what we did at the TDL last year and take advantage of banked cap space to add some higher salaries.

Gotta feel bad for the kid. I think he'll retire.

I can't wait until the Avs smoke Calgary in the playoffs this year, assuming of course Edmonton doesn't do the dirty work first.
