As a neutral fan, I've watched about half the goals in this game and see the defense at fault, not the goaltending, especially the last few goals

the problem is that you can't rely on cal to make "the" save... ever. it would be expected if he wasn't this much of a sieve ALL the time

no doubt lizotte taking the puck off maatta's stick and all that kind of stuff isn't on cal, but he just never comes through when it's needed, he never makes the save that would propel him to being a starter, meanwhile he's about to be paid $5M a season..
