It is amazing when watch Luke that you assume he is 5'10 just due to his skating ability. I feel a few of his tendencies may get him in trouble at the NHL level (walking the line) but man is he talented. Every time he has the puck you feel he is going to find someone in open space.

I’ll post below an interview with Matt Duchene. He gave some insight about how the NHL changes every 5 years. Teams were quick to bench players who turned over the put at the blue line when he first entered the league, now if a player is skilled enough they are willing to live with a few mistakes. There are a few jokes about possession teams, too.

I realize the Utica team deserves a chance to maximize it's run in the AHL playoffs, but Zetterlund really deserves an opportunity in NJ. He's been consistent and has a feisty style that NJ can use on the third line if he can show enough skill and defense to warrant a spot there or if Bastian can improve enough to play as a regular third line RW next season.

I guess NJ can let Vesey and Geertsen go and that opens up a spot for one of Zetterlund or Holtz (once Wood returns he takes a spot from one of those two).
