Lets not jump to conclusions about Zegras over Turcotte. Just because he had 4 assist in this game doesn't mean he's gonna be a better pro. Lets wait and see what happens when both players make it to the big leagues to make a we should have picked him over him statement. How many guys have scored a thousand points in the world juniors and flamed out as a pro. Pinto, Robertson, etc yeah playing big minutes but Turcotte will be a better pro. I'd still take Turcotte over Zegras as well. USA coaching staff....no comments. Not gonna question them even though the lines are puzzling as helld, but wouldn't be surprised if this team not medal because of their odd decisions.

has anyone seen Jesse Puljujarvi lately

Great game by Zegras, but my concern has always been that he's more style over substance.

It still amazes me that people draw conclusions after a WJC. Suddenly player x needs two more years at .... and player z should be drafted 3rd overall. All that after two games too...

Laughable.

Cool tourney to follow but that’s it.

Once they play professional hockey, than it is getting serious.

Seems like Fagemo is the biggest standout so far. No ice time for Alex or Arty for some reason. Shame about Kupari. Hope Akil Thomas is given a bigger role for Canada, I think some of us are sleeping on him.

Happens every single year, but I don't quite remember it happening after single games like this. Perhaps I blissfully just locked that stupidness out of my memory

Lafreniere likely out for rest of Can/Rus game with what looks to be an ankle injury.

Got his skate caught up in the Russian goalie. Had to be assisted off the ice. Didn’t look too good.

Might even be the end to his tourney.

Fagemo finds ways to get the puck in the net...Kaliyev finds ways to get pucks in the net. 2 of the best goal scorers from 2019 draft. This makes me warm and happy, whilst watching a foot of snow fall
in Denver at the moment...watching Sweden-Swiss game. Xfinity-Comcast took 24 hours getting my NHLHD subscription turned on, so missed day one games. Hey, I was in LA for Christmas and
was at the Blues game, section 210, row 8..got 3 stubhub tix for 71 each and the 23 inconvenience fee made them 94 each. Rude to see the Blues score 4 goals so fast...my first game at Staples
since 2006! It's like I missed ALL the Kopitar years...crazy. Just see the Kings when they come to Denver. Was at that game in Denver, when he had 4 goals, here in March, 2018....
Recall going to Kopi's first training camp, when he had bright yellow hair. Moved to Denver July 2006.
