4th line winger on this team apparentlyZegras has been the best player on the US team.
Idk, he kinda looks like a faster Mitch MarnerStutzle would be my pick after Lafreniere if the Kings don't get #1 OA
Edit: reminds me of Elias Pettersson of Vancouver
He's 19, struggling in the AHL isn't a bad thing for a 19 year old.
Here's the list of under 20 players in the AHL and their stats this season:

This lol. The hot takes on this board are getting crazy.
Zegras with 4 helpers. Ducks look to have got a good one.
Similar to the hot takes from last year that the kid should be Top 6 in the NHL this season.
Then he no-showed in the playoffs, the Kings got shinier toys in the '19 draft and nobody has been pumping him like they were last year.
I don't know: the scouting reports at the time didn't really paint some amazing scorer so making Kempe comparisons don't seem unwarranted. If he has a season ending knee injury then, yes, that is a significant blow to his development. Ticket him for a full season in Ontario next year if that is the case, more than likely.
As for my hot take, get out your flame shield: I kind of like Fagemo more as a prospect and it would not surprise me if he became the better NHL player.

Let’s be honest, if 2 of JAD/Thomas/Kupari/Kaliyev/Fagemo make it as 2nd liners the Kings did pretty good.

Good for the US to pull out a win against Germany. They have to clean up on the PK and 5-on-5.
Kaliyev has not looked good in his limited time. Turcotte has been hot and cold.
Turcotte with Zegras and Caufield/ Kaliyev would be a great line.
I think it might be best if Turcotte stayed in Wisconsin for another season after this one. He isn't the best of the best in this tournament. No need to rush him. Let him develop and improve where he will get plenty of meaningful playing time.
Montreal had Zegras as the 3rd best player in the draft last summer. Kings should have picked him up instead
