Not sure what this means...
I’m just tempering my expectations on a return for Strome. We got him for Spooner straight up.
Is spooner still in the league?
We may not get 2 2nds like some are saying we should. The hope we do.

People will be angry that we traded a 7th overall a few years out for the 60th pick, but who cares. No one picked after Lias has been really lighting it up. At the time of that pick, it was much more important to our rebuild than it is now. With the luxury of picking 2nd overall and now 1st overall in consecutive years, the success of our rebuild will have nothing to do with that pick. Along the way mistakes will be made, it's impossible to make the right move 100% of the time

EP's writeup on Cuylle :

"Cuylle is one of the most naturally gifted one-touch scorers in this year's draft. Put the puck on his stick, and he'll do the rest. Cuylle is a technically gifted shooter. He's got so much upper-body strength on that 6-foot-2, 201-pound frame of his, and he puts it to good use generating quick-release wrist shots explode off his stick's blade."

I hope this is not Ryan Gropp type of pick

Bye bye Lias, if you end up coming back to the NHL and playing for the Kings then we know you gave up on the Rangers.
