Blues dominated that game and they really needed to get the win. If the Bruins had scored a lucky goal in overtime to steal the win the momentum might have been too much to overcome.

Pretty incredible hockey being played. There are no Kings players this season that would be able to keep up in this game. Well, Doughty probably could I guess but that's it.

There's a reason these two teams are in the finals. They're BOTH playing at breakneck paces, both speed-wise and decision-wise, it's no accident no one else could keep up.

I still love that Kopitar intended to lift the puck and Brodeur actually anticipated that and lifted his pad only for Kopitar to flub the shot and go right in.

Seems like the Blues got all of their kinks out of their game by game three last series and i think they'll repeat that.

Doughty's end to end was great. CBC had the better call. "Drew Doughty takes the shot, scores...MAGIC!"

Doughty can do some magical things with the puck on his stick, those goals in the final (Game 2 vs. NJ, Game 1 vs. NYR) were incredible. I think we all wish the offense and especially the PP skills had developed a bit better, but he has always been able to effortlessly carry the puck out of the zone as good as anyone in the league.
