WJC: 2016 — Czech Republic Roster Talk

You could argue he would be the best player in the tournament. Him on a line with Zacha and Spacek could really do some damage. Wish we could have had him today. Could have made a difference. Should be a really good game with Finland.

I am sure with him the match against Russia would look different. Especially if ref didn't give major to Zboril. What a bullsh*t

Pastrnak would be the best player in the tournament. I mean, he already established himself as top 6 forward in NHL...

If he plays against Finland + Zboril plays 60+ mintues, I like our chances.
 
I posted this on twitter but nobody really responded. Why did Zacha get, maybe, 16 minutes of ice time. none in OT and not used in the SO. Of all players to use the full 2 minutes on the PP it would be Zacha.

Zacha and Rasner got injured, so they couldn't play in OT or SO. They should be okay for the next game though.

Yes, I'll see him live on 31st :handclap:.

I hope the expectations aren't too crazy for him, he missed about 8 weeks due to lower body injury.
Going to take (probably) few games to get it going.
 
I hope, he will be able to play tomorrow against Slovakia. It would be sweet to crush them.

You said it - damn, that would be really something.. and if we could have had also next year's defense then it would be a gold contender team.. but that would be absolute perfect world :D

Even so, nice team as it is.. with Pasta up there it suddenly looks much much better. Still it's just one player and we shouldn't have our expectations too high.. it will not be easy for him to jump into the moving train plus he will still be kinda rusty after not playing for two months...
