Yeah after the lottery we will know which guy at the top of the draft that we will get. Hopefully there will be a lot of good talk about who we want with our other first and two seconds. Since a lot of people want a left handed defenseman, why is there not much talk about Thomas Chabot. Our pick will be right in his wheelhouse.

He could combine his old numbers and wear 20, I don't think it will be occupied much longer. Personally I would like him to wear 13, I just like how it looks on a jersey.

#97 - Would be kind of funny

I think he's assuming they reveal the winner like they did last year, though I don't think they are.
The actual odds are still 20%.

I'm just salvitating at the idea of McDavid playing for Buffalo. I honestly feel confident about this draft and winning the lottery. This will be our year.

Would love that number has a 9 in it like he wears now and i think it looks great on players like seguin..... a young center with speed and skill.
I understand that....there is a drawing....a winner......we have a 1 in 5 chance of winning...I know our odds don't increase as descending teams don't get the golden card (are eliminated)...but the deeper the lottery gets. the chance of us being the winner increases. So if teams 14 through 6 don't win and it comes down to 5 teams, the chance in percentage of us being the winner has increased from 20% to 32%.

Why even take take your finals when you're likely never going to graduate?
At that age, it would take a strict kick my ass dad or agent to get me to take anymore classes, let alone finals.
Not the actual odds but it does for us watching if it's the same style as last year.
