You'll be able to buy tickets on stubhub right up until game time. Demand will pick up - I don't see prices getting back up to anywhere near face value but the best deals will be from now to about a week before the game. No rain at all in the forecast

I can describe it for you. As a Last Minute buyer, you're given the address of the pick up office (posted above). You show up with your license and confirmation #, they then give you your tickets, and then you're done. You'll see the Bronx location is 3 blocks from the Stadium so you walk there and get it, and then walk back.

As a Last Minute seller, you have to ship (or drop off if you're in the city) your tickets to Stubhub. Once they receive it, you'll have a listing in your account that you can adjust the price on until they sell.

I don't know that you can assume you'll get the same perks as with a Yankees game. For example, for Yankee games in Legends seats ($500+) you get all you can eat Wolfgang Puck, lobster stations, etc etc & free soda, ice cream, sushi etc etc. Those same seats for the Ranger games are $49 and come with nothing

oh thats true, so basically its just view I'm paying for.. in that case, terrace it is, and then I'll spend the extra $65 on beer .. it might get me one..

Just bit the bullet and bought a pair off eBay. It was a pretty good deal, in my opinion. Section 419 row 8...$198 for the pair. I was thinking about getting cheaper tickets, but why spend $75 to sit in the bleachers when I can't really see the game. Didn't mind spending a bit more. Face value on those were $229 a piece, right?

It's a bit far out but so far on the forecast we're looking at cloudy high of 36 for the Devils game and clear sky high of 43 for the Islanders game with no rain in sight:

I can offer a similar deal, 2 tickets in Grandstand 416 row 1 for $250 total

And yes, those were $229 + fees each (= about $500)

If it's going to be freezing, I'd rather stand. lol I prefer standing room anyway.... I wish we had cheap standing room tickets at MSG.
