What does that mean? It's Croatia.

I really missed the memo when everybody started treating Croatians like they were a second coming of team Canada.

You're the one that overreacted to Day 1 lolol now you're saying other people overrated Croatia?

I've been saying this entire time, anyone can beat anyone at any time in this group.

Doesent have to be anywhere near canada's level.

They are playing bad, aint anything else to say about it.
Going from blanking 2 teams in a row to facing IMO the worst team in the tournament and being outplayed. Despite getting loads of help from Roumania taking penalties they are still under 1-3. AND that is against a Goalie that is just utter, utter crap. he's barely able to move out there and has so bad positioning in net im amazed he's not managed to slide out in the corners.

Though im not complaining or anything. i put 20£ on this game. win win either way how it plays out.

Well yes, I couldn't understand how GB lost to Croatia and now it's doesn't surprise me that Croatia is losing to Romania. I think my line of thinking is very clear.

And this "anyone can beat anyone" thing is simply not true. Romania against Croatia was supposed to be a close match, everybody said that before this Croat-hype mania. GB against Croatia, however, has no business to be even close.
 
This result is more of reason Croatians didnt make some extra easy goals for some reasons and instead of it being 6:3 for Cro at most its 3:3.
I mean its 37 :20 SOG
 
This game is similar to Croatias other wins, but they're on the side that outshot the hell out of their opponent and couldn't get the regulation win lol

Lol we did the same with the Dutch outshot them in every except the first period but won 4:0. There was so much bumbeling in the final shot it was incredible

That's right, I don't know why I remembered that game as being similar to the GB/Croatia game.
 
I can't get over the "C" and "A"s on the Romania jerseys. They looked like they're taped on with black hockey tape.
 
This Roumanian goalie... got a TIE against Croatia. i just cant stop laughing. he's dreadful!

Great comeback in what was very frustrating game. 3+3+2 is fantastic. Even if we lose the two remaining games that's about it for us.
 
Croatia wins. To hard for my liking but 2 points is 2 points and from 2 goals deficit in last period. Atleast it shows character to win a hard bad game. So many easy chances missed unlike other games. but dont look a gift horse in the mouth lol

I can't stop laughing at your imagination. You know a healthy Romanian team is as good as the Croatian one (okay maybe a little worse, Croatia has some star power but still, they are very close), right? I can't understand what's the big deal about them getting a tie even with this crippled one.

Croatia vs Romania has been up/down rivalry in recent years and with exception of maybe 2, 3 players (for Croatia) its pretty much the same when it comes to quality of the players (not counting naturalized players). So yes, this was always to be most important match for the both teams.

Well i think you missed the fact about being outplayed and out shot 2:1. They arent in the same league in this roster. with just a HINT of concentration by the Cro offense in the second period it would have been a 6:2 win
But doesnt matter this keeps us in the running atleast for a medal even promotion, even if its only theoretical for now :)
