Mike Amadio first goal of the year for North Bay! :handclap:

(edit) First two goals for North Bay... NICE Start... still half a game left to play...

Sounds like Watson and Amadio are off to a great start. If they can keep that scoring up (Amadio) while being reliable on the defensive end, (Watson) we'll see real growth next summer at camp.

not necessarily a Kings prospect, but he was at their camp. Darren Raddysh has had a great start to the season. 5 points in 3 games and he's been really leaned on with 3 rookies in the lineup and #1 dman Travis Dermott out with a hand injury. Kings have pretty strong depth on the blue line but he's a guy I'm sure they're keeping their eye on, may earn himself another camp invite next year.

Good to hear Raddysh is doing well. Hopefully things continue to go well... though with Strome and McDavid, I'm not too worried!

Interview with Adrian Kempe and Kings scout Christian Ruuttu. Apparently the Kings are happy with his development, how strong he is with the puck and his compete level one on one. They still want him to bulk up and get stronger and in better shape but he's only 18 so that will probably come in time. They're even sending some of their own development guys over to work with him during the season, pretty interesting.

Kempe's got 3 points in 6 games so far.

Kings sending development guys over to Europe for one player? Imoressive. I like the translation. "I get to show off E-bay a little bit"? We'll need Adrian greatly in a few years.

I believe LA/Manchester returned Zac Leslie to Guelph for his OA season.

Kurtis MacDermid has been sent back to the Otters as well.

Zykov 5 points yesterday

DRAKKAR 9 SAGUENEENS 4

BAIE-COMEAU, Que. — Maxime St-Cyr had a hat trick for Baie-Comeau in its win over Chicoutimi.

Valentin Zykov had a five-point night for the Drakkar (5-4-1), scoring twice and adding three assists. Luca Ciampini, Bokondji Imama, Alexis Vanier and Frederic Gamelin also scored.

Jeremy Bouchard struck twice for the Sagueneens (4-5-1) while William Gignac and Reid Halabi also scored.

Hope Zykov can put up huge numbers this year. Last year was a disappointment in that category imo.

Wow. Nice! What is Jonny, a junior? Think he'll leave after this year or finish the 4 years at St. Cloud?

I'm sure the Kings will try but he has been adament from day one he's here 4 years. Next Year also looks like we could ice the best team in our history. He comes back as a senior, they are a very legit threat for the National Title.
