Ya that is a terrible offsides. At least the official apologized but that doesn't really make me feel better if I were a Preds fan.
I feel bad for the Preds. They scored 5 times and lost. So unorthodox in many ways for the preds.
Came home from the Devils game and turned that one on. I think there were what, 7 goals scored in the 2nd period? Maybe its because I've been watching the Devils my whole life but honestly I just couldn't watch it. It felt like watching an all-star game with the revolving door defense both teams had on the ice.
Guess thats why people react to devils being scored on in such a dramatic way. For say Tampa fans its no biggie, pretty normal, and they can overcome that. For us, its a different game right there.
As a Devils fan, an "offensive" period where say 4 or so goals are scored may catch me off-guard, as its clearly not the norm for this franchise. I think the 2nd period of the Preds/Avs game would be ridiculous to anyone. But by about the 5th goal, yeah, I was getting to the point where I couldn't take it. Totally different brand of hockey to me there.
Late in the 1st period, and that depleted Ottawa team can't score one frickin goal on that trash can DP!
Ottawa's offense is a joke. Not surprising.
Anyone that complains about Devils games being boring should be subjected to this rags/habs game
Definitely going with the Rangers on this one. Unfortunate when one has to choose between the Rangers and Montreal.
I've been annoyed by far more Habs fans than Ranger fans so...
This game is worse than Montreal vs Carolina from last night. Hopefully we can get a nice center ice beach ball floater goal sooner or later.
