Habs trapped most third. Boring hockey. Their fans realize that?

No, only devils trap, blah blah blah face 5 shots a game blah blah whale marty blah blah trap :sarcasm:

Didn't see most of the game but sorta ticked. Rangers are a joke right now, they play like school girls. They can be so much better.

omg I know one of the kids that tweeted in that screen shot. I finally deleted him off Facebook because I could not stand his constant Rangers gloating. That made my night.

I think it is delicious to watch the Rangers fanbase turn on yet another high priced acquisition that didn't turn out like they hoped. It is the inevitable life cycle of the Rangers "superstar".

I haven't considered Richards a superstar since 2004. It's just a reoccurrence of the Gomez/Drury signings; solid 1st line centre, hyped up to be savior, sign ridiculous contract with Sather's smell all over it, continue playing un-Godlike, BUST!

Yeah, Sather just can't help himself. I thought the Rangers played over their heads last year (Lundqvist was the deciding factor in how well the team wound up doing), but they still had their best season in ages mainly due to spending years drafting decently, trying to develop their own system, etc.

But it's like Sather just loses him mind the instant he has a shot to unload some of those role players and bring in one impact player. Obviously Nash is top shelf talent, but it's like the Rags just can't resist defaulting back to the moves that usually resign them to no better than mediocrity.

Yep, that's why I had "superstar" in quotes.
