How? Be specific. Caufeild is significantly better. He’s already one of the best goal scorers in the league. Cozens is producing the same with less opportunity and plays a better all around game. Both those guys are better than him that’s a fact. Boldy produces a bit less but again plays a way more complete game.

No he isn’t lol. Like really man? Cozens has the same amount of points in 3 less games. Caufeild might finish the season with more goals despite missing half of it.
Caufield has less points and a lower scoring pace.
I don’t care about career that wasn’t my argument. You’re telling me any GM would take a player who scores .3 less ppg but double the goals? Everyone in the world takes the goal scorer every time. Cozens is doing better like you just pointed out and he’s doing it with less pp time and without 64% o zone start push like I already went through in an earlier post.
Cozens has 13 less pp minutes than zegras and doesn’t get 64% o zone starts 5 on 5

I think a large number of GM’s will take the larger player who didn’t just have season ending shoulder surgery. That can be a good 12-18 months before returning to form, and not everyone does.

Cozens might play on a pretty good PP unit but his main linemates this season have not been all that great at even strength mostly playing with 2 rookies. Peterka has been cold for like 2 months now.
