It’s why you can’t fall behind against Boston. The first goal is huge. If you get the lead and they have to open up then you can pick them apart.

Dude we have 50 wins and 108 points and lost a meaningless one goal game to the best other team in the league. It's fine.
 
Would have loved to win but need to remind myself that in 4 years we'll have had multiple parades and the Bruins will be a bottom 5 team and have moved Pasta to the Rangers at the deadline for picks.

Bruins and Toronto did a great job of this. Only teams this season that accomplished that against us.
 
I don't think Boston is winning the cup. I think they could get to the finals, but I think they'll fall at some point.

I don't think it will be in the first round like some of the main board crazies think every time one of the wild card teams has a dominant game.

I think Toronto could potentially take them, but they need to take care of Tampa first. People are getting FIRED if they lose that one.
 
I didnt get home until about 10 minutes left in the first, but from what I saw it was quite even. I know from the sounds of it, the first 10 minutes or so was rough. But still. Its whatever.
 
Just not crisp enough but I'm glad they played a little tighter in the back half.

But to me, this kind of game exposes the coaching mismatch.
 
Need Carolina to drop 2 out of 3 now. It's not impossible as they are shitting the bed right now, but definitely much lower odds then if we could find the W

We scored ONE goal and he made 38 saves...
 
I mean Boston basically did what we did a few weeks go against the Rags, went up early and then nursed a lead defensively. We had our chances the Palat complete miss + someone else missed too but I forget who it was. Jack got robbed twice on a breakaway too by Ullmark. Lost to a historic team by 1, not gonna be cry over it. This was also the Devils at their average game tonight which also give the Bruins credit too for that. They arguably outplayed them in December and lost cause of goaltending, shit happens

Two games against teams that are totally out of it don't help, while we're playing a Sabres team that still thinks they have hope
