Yeah, who would have thought the Flyers would end up the better team at the end of this year? Seemed like they were heading towards a year or two re-tool by trading Schenn and taking Lehtera's contract. Then again, they have a solid offensive core and making the playoffs in the East is a lot easier than the West. Maybe Lehtera is just REALLY good in the room, he just brings the whole team together.

Not surprised he's pissed, but honestly that's the right message to send to the room IMO. Like BleedBlue14 said, if anyone has the right to complain, it's Schenn...but fact of the matter is that he is really the only player with the right to complain.

Sounds like Hoffman is still very possible too FWIW

It sounded like he said Thompson would get an opportunity "in that group," but then later talked about people who could slide to the middle (specifically mentioning Steen, but not Thompson). Ultimately he said it was up to Yeo.

To me that sounds like Thompson is going to get more looks in the top 6, but I didn't necessarily read it as he would be someone who would get a shot at center.

Connecting the dots here. Stastny had a full NMC. Except for a few really smart fans on here nobody was talking about this. No insiders. Does this mean he would only waive for the jets? Did the Blues start the conversation?

Foley is a great prospect. Not blue chip but not far either.
