That the NHL would rather move Arizona to a city that has an arena in place over have them play at a 5000 seat college rink.

I was arguing with a friend on how good he is now and what kind of potential he has... I just wanna hear the opinion of others! Like I think he's a good top 4 d right now and he will be a #1 defenceman in the future. Any thoughts?

In 2019, I thought Zegras would top out as a Rob Schremp player (this was before the Ducks drafted him)

I did. But as a prospect and in terms of hype - and I stand by it. Lafreniere had a lot more hype than Hughes as a prospect.
Of all the prospects we've overrated over the years, you picked the one whose development got derailed by a serious car accident...

Ehh... I mean I think any GM would call a 400+ point player at 121st overall a gem.
He's not Datsyuk or Zetterberg, yeah... But Nyquist was a hell of a great pick.

I thought the Flames made out like bandits, guess I was proven wrong really quickly with that one.
Also wanted Zadina over Brady and thought that Brannstrom might actually become Karlsson-lite.
100% - if you are able to pick a guy late in the 4th round and he gives you 700+ games and 400+ points and is still playing, you are loving it. I think the fans looked at him getting 28 goals and 48 points in 57 games very early in his career (though he was 24/25 at the time) and projected that a little too much and now are disappointed, but hard to be disappointed in the grand scheme of things.
The reality is, the number of players picked in the 4th round that actually make a living playing hockey is not very high (no analysis here, just general thought)
