And before this tournament, a team could have picked Askarov at number 1 and nobody would have batted an eye. Lafreniene shouldn't be considered as a top end #1 pick. I'd say the main reason Askarov didn't garner more attention for #1 was because of how poorly high goalie picks tend to turn out.

They should change it to a 5-10 second review. If you can determine within the time frame that it is offside, then its offside, if not, that means it's too close to call but would correct things like the Duchesne goal.
